Sleep Tip #42: Stop Being a Perfectionist

Are you one of those people who have to make sure everything is perfect at home, at work and in your personal life? Research shows that perfectionists are twice as likely to have sleeping problems as those who are a little more lenient in their daily routine. Start learning to fall asleep even if you didn't get around to cleaning out the attic or doing the dishes. There is always tomorrow to finish your unfinished business!
