Sleep Tip #40: If You Read Before Bed, Choose Paper!

Many people like to read before they fall asleep. If you are one who likes to read late a night, pick up a book or a magazine. Reading from a screen, like your laptop or e-reader may make it harder for you to go to bed. The light produced from the screen will stimulate you, making it harder for you to catch your Z's. Plus, reading a book will keep the printing industry alive!
